Personal Grooming for a professional look in the West
It has been said that you only have a few seconds to impress a person on your first meeting. As part of our objective for you to look professional in a Western business environment, we give in-depth training in personal grooming. We need you to understand what is expected of you by Western employers as a professional person. Personal grooming is part of forming your overall professional image which can make or break your face to face interviews and greatly enhance your assessment centre performance.
English for Job Hunting and Career Development
We expect all our candidates that have joined our programme to have a good standard of English for having a real prospect of getting a good job when the opportunity arises, however, we have noticed through years of experience in placing Chinese candidates that many candidates require inspiration and education to take their English proficiency to a different level, a level that they can feel confident to talk to Western employers competently. Our English training session will be very different from any other English courses that candidates attended before, they are designed to specifically deal with job hunting and career progression in mind.
Work experience placement:
We realise the importance of you getting some real and relevant UK based corporate work experience before you enter into a permanent position. After receiving our professional training and coaching, you will feel confident and well equipped to work competently in any demanding Western working environment. We also see this as one of the best ways that you can have access and a real opportunity to meet your future potential employers. Part of our training and coaching will be done by you being placed for work experience in a company which is relevant to the sector you are interested in.
