It is vitally important that you behave according to Western etiquette in your job hunting process. We give you intensive training which ensures you to not just be able to do the work but ‘look and behave the part’! This training will also give you confidence at interviews, assessment centres and in your future career progression. If you start your career with an work experience placement, you will find that knowing the Western etiquette ensures your communication with your Western colleagues and also help you to impress your potential employers.

It has been said that you only have a few seconds to impress a person on your first meeting. As part of our objective for you to look professional in a Western business environment, we give in-depth training in personal grooming. We need you to understand what is expected of you by Western employers as a professional person. Personal grooming is part of forming your overall professional image which can make or break your face to face interviews and greatly enhance your assessment centre performance.

We expect all our candidates that have joined our programme to have a good standard of English for having a real prospect of getting a good job when the opportunity arises, however, we have noticed through years of experience in placing Chinese candidates that many candidates require inspiration and education to take their English proficiency to a different level, a level that they can feel confident to talk to Western employers competently. Our English training session will be very different from any other English courses that candidates attended before, they are designed to specifically deal with job hunting and career progression in mind.
